Please resist pruning or having your yard guy shear back frost damaged shrubs. Every time you trim woody perennials, it encourages a new flush of tender growth. That can be good at certain times of the year, but now it might set the poor plant up for further damage should we get another cold snap before the heat sets in again. The dead tips actually protect the plant somewhat. Not very aesthetic, but a fact of life.
